ESU – Exhaust Scrubber Unit
Help your site meet its permit conditions with room to spare. Our scrubbers capture ammonia, dust and odour from exhaust air, with chemistry set to the site: acid spraying for ammonia, pH correction and dosing of treatment reagents.

Configured to the site’s chemistry
pH correction
Automatic pH monitoring and correction of the scrubbing liquor.
Reagent dosing and spraying
Doses and sprays treatment reagents chosen for the site.
Slurry handling
Recirculates and handles slurried liquor.
Negative-pressure fan
Can be fitted with its own fan to draw exhaust through the unit.
Acid spraying for ammonia capture
Captures ammonia as reusable ammonium sulphate.
Built to site
Sized and specified to each site’s airflow and emissions.

What does the model number mean?
It is the rated exhaust air flow in m³/h. Sizes run from ESU-200 (200 m³/h) to ESU-4000 (4,000 m³/h); larger flows are handled with multiple units in parallel.
What is the lead time?
Typically 10–16 weeks from an approved general arrangement drawing.
Can you fit it to our existing plant?
Yes. We survey the site, draw the interface and build to suit your flanges, heights and controls.
Do you install and commission?
Yes. We deliver, install, wire, test and commission, or supply for your own team to fit.
Tell us your material and tonnage. We'll size it.
Send photos, drawings or just a description. You get a sized proposal and a firm price.
